Return and Refund Policy

Revel King guarantees its product against manufacturing defects for a limited time and only if it pertains to the core tube.  RK will replace faulty product only if the core tube has snapped and RK is notified via email or phone within 7 days of customer’s delivery date.  Broken product must be returned prior to a replacement being shipped.  Please contact RK for shipping information and return shipping authorization in order to have RK pay for return shipments.  Cash refunds will not be given for broken equipment.  Contact Revel King by sending an email to  info@revelking.com or phoning Customer Service at 925-262-8433.

Revel King will accept returns and refund the full purchase price if the products are unused and are received within 40 days of purchase along with all relevant purchase information including the credit card type and number the purchase was billed to.  Return shipments are at customer’s expense.  Send returns to RK Customer Service, 755 Lisboa Ct., Walnut Creek, CA 94598.

Please loose the ‘Mahoonga!’ area with the photos below the orange bar with the links at the top.  I would like to see more of the store page rather than having to scroll so much to see it.
